Earned Relevance

Excuse me, I have something to say.

Ten years ago when I wrote my first book, I put fingers to keyboard because I felt that I had something to say about the dynamic travel, business, athletic, and educational experiences I had had up to that point. After seeing a wave of wannabe authors and me-too types jump on the author-bandwagon to turn a buck or attempt to become famous quickly, I vowed not to write again for public consumption unless I was compelled to say something relevant.

I do have something to say, and it’s about the three things for which I have overflowing passion: People, Public Relations, and Social Media.

A big ‘ol “thanks” goes out to a few of my friends who encouraged me to jump back out there. @12Kyle for allowing me to post my diatribes and rants on his blog; LRenee for being so cool about everything; and, Kenji Summers who, as an emerging shaper-of-culture, is inspirational to a cynical dog like me.
